to effectively display and market the products in question.

of the photos of customer cars. We hereby reserve all rights regarding
these photos for the customers. These (customer) photos are the
sole property of the customer. They can not be copied or redistributed
without the express consent of the customer in question. If at
any time you would like your photo changed, or removed please
email webmaster@horsepowersales.net and make you request.

Promotional and technical writing is in some places the manufactures
own words. Horsepower, and Horsepowersales.net (Inc) can not be
held responsible for the manufactures claims or statements, express
or implied regarding any product.

VG-Pro is a Competition Part ! The parts on this site and at Horsepower
are competition part or parts!
5) Competition
Part or parts sold " as is " without any warranty or
warranties whatsoever. No warranties express or implied, for off
road use only! No parts warranty. Implied warranties, including
warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose,
are excluded. The entire risk as is to the quality and performance
of such parts is with the buyer. Should such part or parts prove
defective following their purchase, the buyer and not the manufacturer,
distributor or retailer, assumes the entire cost of all the necessary
servicing and or repair.

No checks without prior approval.

$35.00 US funds service charge on all returned checks.

No Warranties and or implied warranties whatsoever.

Merchandise
Return Policy
* All
returns must be called in for Merchandise Return Authorization
(MRA). You must include the MRA with the merchandise you are returning.
Items received without the MRA will be refused and no credit will
be issued.
* Only items currently stocked and purchased from Horse Power
Sales.net within the 30 days will be issued credit for return
to Horse Power Sales.net. No returns will be allowed on drop-ships,
add to stocks, special orders, mounted and or painted products.
* It is your responsibility to check and verify parts at the time
of delivery. Please inspect all merchandise for soundness of condition
and completeness of all parts invoiced before you sign for the
merchandise. Horse Power Sales.net reserves the right to deny
credit on any and all shortages that are called in after delivery
has been made and you have signed the invoice.
* Any returns to satisfy a past due balance will be credited at
invoice price less a 25% handling charge.
* Defective items will be subject to the manufacturer’s
warranty policy and must have a complete description of the defect.
Certain manufacturers require that you deal directly with them
regarding defective items. Defect rates over 5% must be approved
by a manufacturer’s representative. Returned items that
are claimed to be damaged, which are proven to be sound, will
be returned at your expense.
* All parts must be trail-fitted before installation. Items damaged
due to improper installation will not be credited upon return.
* Refused packages will be charged the COD fee and any or all
shipping charges again and a $10.00 refusal fee.
* Horse Power Sales.net is not responsible for looking up part
numbers incorrectly. This is a courtesy we perform for our customers.
It is your responsibility to be sure you are ordering the correct
parts.

and Horsepowersales.net (Inc) can, and often will match competitors
prices, we do however reserve the right to refuse any price, at
any time, for any reason.
Prices
are subject to change at any time, without notice. Prices on this
web site are not guarantied to be accurate. Price changes, and typos
can and will effect product pricing.
